Stacked Area Graphs work in the same way as simple Area Graphs do, except for the use of multiple data series that start each point from the point left by the previous data series. The entire graph represents the total of all the data plotted. Stacked Area Graphs also use the areas to convey whole numbers, so they do not work for negative values. The total budget per month is plotted as a line in the line and column chart, while the actual sales of the different products are stacked columns. What I would like to do, is to have the budget for all the months of the year present in the chart as a line, while the columns of the actual sales would show up as the sales are made.
